In snow areas It's supposed to snow when it rains, not rain, and it's supposed to cover the ground with snow when it does. It's a minor problem, but this is how the game is supposed to function and isn't. It's an inconvenience to me because I make use of the snow a lot to create snowblocks to build, and it's getting harder and harder for me to collect snow because I have to go further and further away from my home to get it, since it doesn't respawn like it's supposed to.
